This unspoiled island is located between the two French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique.The Nixon's Bay Side Mangrove Inn is located in the quaint village of Calibishie on the north coast of Dominica. There is an extended coral reef protecting the bay from the Atlantic Ocean. The sheltered bay is a place you can fish, snorkel, swim and kayak. The white sand beach, huge Almond and Coconut trees help create the atmosphere for our easy going lifestyle. The village people are very warm and friendly, and always ready to explain local customs, and direct you to the many services available in the area.
